TalentPluto, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to implement AI solutions directly on client environments in a post-sale, client-facing role. You will collaborate with an AI strategist and own the technical build and delivery across diverse client stacks.

This high-agency, high-upside position offers autonomous leadership of technical initiatives and growth into senior engineering paths as the company scales.

Qualifications

Experience as a full-stack software engineer shipping production software.
Client-facing experience on client AI deployments is a plus.
Ability to work across multiple tech stacks with autonomy.
Proven track record leading technical initiatives and delivering results.
Background in AI transformation, consulting, or startups is valued.
Formal CS or engineering education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build, implement, and present AI solutions on clients' existing tech stacks in a post-sale, client-facing capacity.
Partner with an AI strategist who manages the client relationship while you own the technical build and delivery.
Ship production software across the full stack in a collaborative team environment.
Lead technical initiatives and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Occasionally assist with pre-sale scoping when needed.
Travel to client sites roughly 1-2 times per month as required.
