Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to translate business problems into production-grade AI workflows. You will design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions, often from ambiguous requirements, working directly with clients and internal product teams.

You will integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and data platforms, delivering measurable business impact with a builder’s mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integrations and production systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large enterprises.
• 5+ years experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 5+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration, including leading technical discussions and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms).
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations into production environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure technically sound solutions.
• Drive solution architecture: prompt/workflow design, API integrations, enterprise knowledge integration, security and governance.
• Own solutions from concept to production with accountability for quality and outcomes.
