Job summary

Accenture seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows using leading platforms.

You will lead architecture decisions, ensure security and governance, and collaborate across product, engineering, and data teams while traveling up to 25-75% as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience (Python, TS/JS, Java) and API integration.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• 10+ years translating business needs into technical designs for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions with LLMs and enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts, workflow design, API integrations, governance.
