Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer in the United States to partner with clients and internal teams. You will design, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI solutions by integrating LLMs with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and data platforms across complex enterprise environments.

You will lead architecture decisions, implement workflows and agents, and ensure secure, compliant deployments while operating in ambiguity with a builder’s mindset. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integration and distributed systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks experience.
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large enterprises.
• 5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 5+ years of client-facing communication and leadership in ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems with clients and shape AI use cases.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and copilots into production.
• Act as technical bridge among product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Lead solution architecture: prompts, API integrations, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Ensure security, privacy, and governance in deployments.
• Provide technical leadership for secure and scalable AI deployment.
