Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior sales and marketing professionals to craft evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 go-to-market contexts. The role targets complex enterprise deals and multi-stakeholder environments in the US.

You will design enterprise GTM scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics that reveal how senior F500 operators think, enabling sharper sales and marketing playbooks across large accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling, marketing, or running RevOps at a Fortune 500 enterprise software vendor
• Direct ownership of F500 accounts, brand campaigns, or demand programs
• Fluency in enterprise GTM tooling and understanding of how F500 budgets, procurement, and legal review work
• Prior rubric, sales-enablement curriculum, or training-content authorship is a plus

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise sales scenarios spanning large deals with multi-stakeholder committees
• Build marketing tasks across F500 brand strategy and demand programs
• Develop RevOps and GTM scenarios using common enterprise tools
• Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management methodologies to reference deal strategies
• Author rubrics distinguishing authentic enterprise GTM judgment from generic playbooks
