Wells is seeking a hands‑on worker to read production drawings and build wooden forms and bed forms for concrete pours in Ashland City, TN. You will measure, assemble, and install forms with tight tolerances, following blueprints and engineering standards while prioritizing safety and quality.

You’ll operate hand and power tools, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with a team to meet production schedules in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read production drawings and blueprints to build forms to specs.
• Measure and assemble bed forms with tools safely and accurately.
• Follow engineering standards and blueprints for precise setup.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production drawings/blueprints to construct wooden forms and bed‑outs to tight tolerances and specifications.
• Assemble custom‑designed production forms in accordance with blueprint requirements and engineering standards.
• Build bed forms for concrete pouring, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and structural integrity for production use.
• Measure, install, and verify bed forms on trailers, ensuring all work adheres to blueprints and accuracy standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety policies and procedures.
