Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Formulations Tech to support basic test and control article formulation, dose preparation, and dispensing. You will help receive, disposition, and inventory test materials while maintaining chain of custody and GLP-compliant documentation.

The role includes cross-training to support pharmacy operations and ensuring accurate data recording in study notebooks as part of a fast-paced lab team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry specific manuals.
• Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sample, and dispense complex dose formulations under guidance.
• Receive test materials, review, and reconcile receipts.
• Participate in disposition of formulation and test materials.
• Document and review raw data in study notebooks accurately.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• May assist in study finalization and inventory of test materials.
