Altasciences is seeking a Formulations Tech in Scranton, PA to prepare, sample, and dispense complex dose formulations including solutions and suspensions. You will handle test materials, maintain chain of custody, and support GLP-compliant workflows while documenting data accurately in study notebooks.

The role requires a BS in a scientific discipline (or related experience) with 0–1 years in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BS in a scientific discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read/interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sample, and dispense complex dose formulations.
• Receive, review, and reconcile test materials and maintain chain of custody.
• Participate in disposition of formulation and test materials; maintain study notebooks.
• Follow GLP and maintain laboratory cleanliness and equipment.
