About The Role

As a Formulations Tech, your primary responsibilities include performing basic test and control article formulation, dose preparation, and dispensing. You will also receive test and disposition of test and control articles or associated materials, and maintain chain‑of‑custody documentation, including inventory control.

What You’ll Do Here

• Prepare, sample, and dispense complex dose formulations, including solutions and suspensions, with guidance.
• Receive test materials, reagents, review, and reconcile test material receipt.
• Participate in the disposition of formulation and test materials.
• Document and review raw data accurately while preparing and maintaining study notebooks.
• Review protocols and provide formulation comments.
• Prepare and ship materials as needed.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of the laboratory and equipment.
• Understand and follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Assist in study finalization and inventory of test materials in Dispense (varies by site).
• Cross‑train to support pharmacy operations, e.g., dispense controlled substances (varies by site).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
