Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a Formulator for the 2nd shift in Reno, NV to weigh, stage, and prepare raw materials per batch cards and SOPs, ensuring GMP and safety compliance. The role advances from basic formulation tasks to independently completing batch formulations with accuracy and timely documentation.

The candidate will contribute to continuous improvement and batch cycle efficiency, maintaining audit-ready records and a safe workstation with proper PPE and training as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of formulation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required (Sit-Down, Stand-Up, or Cherry Picker).
• Basic math skills for weights and measurements.
• Ability to read batch cards and SOPs accurately.
• Understanding GMP standards and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage raw materials with minimal errors.
• Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety protocols (PPE, chemical handling, documentation).
• Complete batch documentation in real time with high accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready workstation.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials.
• Identify and report discrepancies, deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement by reducing errors over time.
• Complete required training on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
