Job summary

Monroechamber in Wisconsin is seeking a Formulator for the 1st shift to manufacture products per approved formulas and production specs. You will maintain batch records, operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks, and help with warehouse organization and inventory control.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work 12-hour shifts (3.5 days/week), dependable attendance, and good teamwork and communication.

Position Title: Formulator - 1st Shift Wage: $22.00 - $25.00/hr Shift: 1st Hours: Mon-Wed: 06:00 am - 06:00 pm, Thur 6:00am - 11:30am
