Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of formulation experience.
• Experience with stability studies and efficacy testing.
• Familiarity with GHS/SDS and chemical safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; LIMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new formulations and improve existing products to meet performance, quality, and customer requirements.
• Research and evaluate alternative raw materials and ingredients.
• Conduct formulation testing and assess performance, stability, and suitability.
• Support production scale-up and manage batches to ensure successful manufacturing.
• Assist Quality Control with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving formulation issues.
• Provide technical support to customers and address product-related questions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand customer requirements and support product development.
• Work with Quality and Production to troubleshoot issues and ensure product consistency.
• Manage 5-10 projects concurrently, balancing development with operations and customer support.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks, formulation records, specifications, and test methods.
• Support regulatory and product safety reviews as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and product innovation initiatives.
