Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in home care formulation (laundry products, cleaners, etc.).
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Experience with mixture experiments and statistics.
• Ability to conduct laboratory experiments and document findings.
• On-site work in Berkeley, CA; US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, prototype, and optimize products through experimental work.
• Collaborate with Product Development and manufacturing to support trials and scale-up.
• Transition formulations from lab to pilot plant and full-scale production.
• Ensure quality control and robust documentation of results.
