You will read orders, blueprints, and SOPs, follow safety rules, and assist with equipment maintenance. This temp position offers weekday hours and weekly pay with a potential for long-term stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 6 months of related experience and/or training; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, job orders, procedures, and blueprints.
• Basic math using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly during the day.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to job orders and procedures.
• Read and follow job orders, blueprints, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Inspect parts and perform quality checks throughout production.
• Count parts and record production time, completed parts, and scrap in manufacturing software.
• Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout practices.
