Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Gluing workers for a foam manufacturing company in Northwood, Iowa. This temp role offers Monday-Friday shifts, 2nd shift, with weekly pay at $18.00 per hour.

You will manufacture and assemble foam parts, follow orders and SOPs, set up equipment, perform quality checks, and record data. Entry-level applicants welcome; safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, job orders, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble foam parts according to job specifications.
• Read and follow manufacturing orders, SOPs and processing requirements.
• Set up and operate production equipment as trained.
• Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Record time, production and scrap data in manufacturing software.
• Sort, stack, count, package and prepare completed parts.
