Job summary

Durex Industries is hiring a Forming Supervisor in Cary, IL to lead shop-floor component movement and production flow. You will support multiple departments, manage material handoffs, and ensure MES/SFM accuracy while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis skills, and experience with ERP systems. A 2nd shift differential applies; OSHA 10 preferred; U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in a discrete environment recommended.
• Strong data analysis and process discipline.
• ERP systems experience; MS Dynamics 365 a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of production components across the shop floor and departments, providing status updates to production teams.
• Attend department meetings, manage action items, and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, Shipping & Receiving, and others as needed.
• Support Supervisors in prioritizing and reconciling component quantities and assemblies.
• Operate barcode and labeling equipment in Shipping & Receiving.
• Coordinate with supervisors to expedite assemblies through manufacturing and shipping processes.
• Serve as Shop Floor Business Process Owner for barcode and labeling systems.
• Ensure material movement and transaction accuracy in MES/SFM; manage MO documentation.
• Generate daily work progress reports and reconcile SFM and ERP transactions.
• Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
