Job summary

Durex Industries, part of the Spirax Group, is hiring a 3rd shift CNC Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations on a discrete production line. The role focuses on maintaining smooth material movement, accurate reporting, and adherence to processes with a strong emphasis on data integrity.

You will coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely replenishment, maintain WIP, and drive continuous improvements. A solid background in manufacturing and ERP/MES tools is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; AS degree in operations considered a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a discrete process environment.
• Strong adherence to processes and data analysis.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and change-oriented; results driven.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials move smoothly between manufacturing departments.
• Create daily progress, transaction, cycle count, and open MO reports.
• Maintain controlled WIP and reconcile ERP transactions.
• Support purchasing with material reviews and replenishment quantities.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow using safety stock and Kanban.
