Job summary

Durex Industries is seeking a 3rd shift CNC Supervisor to lead shop floor activities, ensure on-time production, and uphold safety and quality standards across the plant.

You will coordinate with manufacturing teams to maintain seamless material flow, generate daily progress and cycle‑count reports, manage WIP, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and Kanban methods.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required, or AS degree in operations.
• Manufacturing experience in a discrete process environment helpful.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless material flow between manufacturing departments.
• Create daily work progress and cycle count reports.
• Maintain controlled WIP.
• Reconcile ERP transactions, quantities and locations.
• Identify floor stock items and establish replenishment runs.
• Support purchasing with material reviews and replenishment quantities.
• Identify inventory improvements using safety stock and Kanban.
• Keep production staff up-to-date on MO components and schedule.
• Perform ad hoc projects and analyses.
