Spirax-Sarco Engineering's Durex Industries division seeks a 3rd Shift S4 Assy Supervisor to oversee discrete-process manufacturing operations and maintain flow of materials across departments. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, shift leadership, and collaboration with purchasing on replenishment and process improvements.

Qualifications include HS/GED with AS in operations preferred, plus manufacturing experience and strong data-analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required or equivalent on the job experience.
• AS Degree in operations is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a discrete process environment.
• Strong adherence to process and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assure that materials move seamlessly between manufacturing departments.
• Create daily work progress reports, transaction reports, Cycle Count reports and open MO reports.
