Job summary

Parker Hannifin Parflex Division in Fort Worth, TX, seeks skilled personnel to operate forming cells and package products. You will follow drawings, use precision measuring tools, and maintain quality records while supporting Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.

The role requires the ability to read work orders, interpret specifications, and operate manufacturing equipment in a safe, efficient manner. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (may need translation to English).
• U.S. Citizen or permanent residency status required.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Detail oriented.
• Must be able to read work orders and interpret manufacturing specifications, understand and use shop math, use and interpret measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, pi tape, etc.).
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to write legibly, read and speak English.
• Must be able to adapt to production needs to satisfy customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate forming cell.
• Packaging product within cell.
• Proper use of measuring devices and certification inspections.
• Make labels for product and properly complete production reports.
• Adhere to quality standards and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain 5S practices and clean work area.
• Report production issues to Value Stream Team Leader.
