Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a manufacturing associate for our Fort Worth, Texas facility. You will setup and operate a forming cell, package products, and ensure quality while following drawings and instructions.

Adherence to 5S, PPE, and lean practices is essential as you support timely production and safe operation in a team environment. This role requires reading orders, basic shop math, and capability with measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (U.S. translation).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Ability to read work orders and interpret manufacturing specifications; use shop math.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate forming cell.
• Package product within cell and ensure quality checks.
• Maintain 5S in work area and report production issues to team lead.
• Follow drawings, work instructions, and customer requirements.
