Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Parflex Division in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an entry-level to mid-level manufacturing associate. You will support finished goods, follow drawings, and help ensure quality while learning SPC, lean practices, and safe work habits.

You will work in a fast-paced production setting, perform basic measurement tasks, operate equipment, and collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations. Training is provided to develop skills and advance within the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; diplomas recognized.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Production experience preferred but not required.
• Must read work orders and interpret manufacturing specs.
• Read and speak English; basic math skills.
• Lean fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shared responsibility for finished goods meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Set up computer SPC Program (training required).
• Set up ovens, die, mandrel, and coiler.
• Prepare for upcoming jobs.
• Make sure coil is right size and material.
• Follow drawings, standard work and work instructions.
