Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction to guide customers through the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle, delivering end-to-end implementations, training, and adoption support in North American accounts.

You will assess customer workflows, configure workflows, and deliver role-based training for project stakeholders, including design teams and field professionals, while partnering with sales to align on success strategies and

Qualifications

5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of SaaS adoption and customer training best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations, recommending best practices.
Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures per requirements.
Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders including design teams and field professionals.
Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational change.
Partner with sales for implementation planning, customer success, and expansion opportunities.
Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap, and industry best practices across the lifecycle.
Share insights with Autodesk product teams to influence future direction.
