Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AEC, GC or Trade Contractor environments.
• Deep understanding of the building lifecycle from planning through operation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executives and project teams.
• Familiarity with SaaS adoption and training delivery best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess customer workflows and recommend Forma best practices across plan, design, build, operate.
• Configure workflows, permissions, and data structures to fit customer needs.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on implementation planning and success strategies.
