Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction General Contractors and Trade Contractors. You will lead end-to-end product implementation, training, and consulting engagements across Forma Build and Preconstruction to help customers adopt digital workflows.

This role primarily supports North American accounts, traveling up to 50% to engage customers. You will partner with Autodesk product and sales teams to align with roadmaps and drive adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or closely with GCs/Trade Contractors.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (planning to operations).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging project teams and executives.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support in-person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Partner with customers to assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Help customers align digital workflows to business priorities across plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.
• Configure customer workflows, permissions, and data structures based on requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders, including design teams and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and broader transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams on implementation planning and expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and roadmaps; share feedback with Autodesk product teams.
