Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) is a leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite septic wastewater solutions, dedicated to safety and quality.

The Yard Loader loads and unloads deliveries, operates forklifts, and ensures accurate inventory and product labeling while interacting with drivers and customers. The role requires a 40+ hour workweek, including weekends, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions.
• Safely operate a forklift and perform preventive maintenance.
• Load and unload deliveries and ensure product rotation.
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers and will-call customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct final quality checks.
