Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking an Equipment Operator to support daily distribution activities in Grand Prairie, TX. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity while handling order filling, shipping, and receiving with forklift-driven tasks.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in a related field, and forklift operator licensing. The position offers growth within a large B2B distribution network and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Basic English communication and math skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is a plus.
• Successful completion of forklift operator licensing program.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading and picking using powered lifting equipment.
• Operate stock picker, sit/stand up equipment, reach truck as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the distribution area.
• Interact with supervisors, leads, and work groups on tasks.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvements to the distribution process.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
