Job summary

The ODPGroup is seeking an Equipment Operator at our Romeoville, IL facility. This role supports daily distribution activities, including loading, unloading, and picking with powered equipment, while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in warehousing, basic English communication, math, and computer skills, and are willing to complete our forklift operator licensing program. A flexible schedule is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field
• Warehouse Experience
• Basic communication in English
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds
• Forklift Operator licensing program completion
• Knowledge of warehouse systems
• Willing to work flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and pick products using powered lifting equipment
• Operate stock picker and various forklift types as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams on tasks
• Suggest improvements to distribution processes
