Job summary

Go! Retail Group in Texas is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver/Operator to support warehouse distribution activities. You will operate forklifts, pick, pack, and load/unload products, and coordinate with Distro Management to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift training, OSHA knowledge is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required as needed to meet peak seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous warehouse experience and forklift operating experience is required.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Completion of forklift driving course and OSHA training is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and pass a drug screen.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, and good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of forklifts to pick, pack, load/unload and move products accurately.
• Optimize loads for efficiency and secure them for transport.
• Maintain inventory using scanning equipment and report damages or shortages.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and restocking pallets.
• Work as part of a team to load/unload materials and support distribution center operations.
