Job summary

You will verify inbound deliveries, prepare outbound shipments, perform inventory counts, use WMS/ERP systems like AS400 or MRP, and coordinate with distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners and other equipment to load, unload, move and position goods.
• Verify inbound deliveries, inspect cargo for damage, and record receipt details using WMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare outbound shipments by picking, packing, labeling and ensuring shipping compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock counts.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize space and support order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations during shipping and receiving activities.
• Assist with packaging, stocking, and loading/unloading while following safety procedures.
