Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking an Equipment Operator to handle daily distribution activities within the facility, including loading, unloading, and order picking using powered lifting equipment. The role requires safety focus, meeting productivity targets, and basic English communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, can operate various equipment, and supports continuous process improvements in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse.
• Basic English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload/pick product using powered lifting equipment.
• Move product throughout the facility and/or operate stock picker or similar equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values.
• Communicate with supervisors and teams about tasks.
• Suggest improvements to the distribution process.
