Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will load, unload, store and prepare product for shipment using power equipment, with attention to accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include inventory control, daily equipment inspections, and adhering to OSHA standards while maintaining a clean, organized work area in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math and the ability to identify numeric sequences.
• Basic computer usage skills.
• Must be able to operate or be trained to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product with power equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
• Conduct daily inspections on assigned equipment.
• Receive/Putaway and unload inbound shipments safely.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct items are loaded.
• Assist in inventory and stock rotation; support physical inventories.
• Follow OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment.
