Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, moving, stacking and staging product with powered equipment, as well as receiving, putaway, and order picking.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, perform daily equipment inspections, maintain accurate inventory, and follow OSHA standards. The role requires good math, clear communication, basic computer use, and a readiness to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math and ability to identify numbers and letters.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using power equipment; maintain equipment and materials in neat, clean, and orderly fashion; perform daily inspection.
• Receiving/Putaway – unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations; stack and store product appropriately.
• Order Picking – pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct item and quantity.
• Loading – move product from staging/storage into trailers or containers.
• Quality – ensure inbound/outbound shipment accuracy and report variances.
