Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will load, unload, pick, and stage product using power equipment and ensure accurate inventory movement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating reach trucks and forklifts safely, performing daily equipment inspections, and maintaining orderly workspaces while complying with OSHA standards. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for the entire work shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• 6 months of prior Powered Industrial Equipment preferred
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing letters and numbers and basic math skills.
• Should have basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion; perform daily inspections.
• Receive/put away inbound shipments and store product properly.
• Select, pull, and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct quantity and type.
• Load product into trailers or containers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report variances.
• Keep inventory records and assist in physical inventories; ensure stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with OSHA standards.
