Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA Auto Parts division seeks a Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. The role involves loading, unloading, moving, and staging product using power equipment, with daily equipment inspections and adherence to OSHA standards.

You will perform receiving/putaway, order picking, loading into trailers, and inventory control while keeping a clean, safe, and organized workspace. High School diploma and 6 months experience preferred; ability to lift 25–50 lbs and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Stamina to stand and walk for long shifts; 25–50 lb lifting typically.
• Able to speak clearly, listen, and follow instructions; basic math skills.
• Ability to use a computer for simple warehouse tasks; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/putaway inbound shipments; store product in correct locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure exact quantity and type.
• Load product into trailers or containers; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace; report safety issues to management.
• Assist in physical inventories; follow OSHA and safety procedures.
