Job summary

Sammons Warehouse Solutions is seeking an experienced equipment technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling equipment at customer sites or in a shop. Become part of a user-promoting, employee-owned family focused on safety and reliability.

You will perform complex repairs, keep detailed service records, and collaborate with teammates to deliver top-quality service while advancing your skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of equipment repair experience.
• High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Certification on 75% of the designated product line.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, and other equipment components.
• Perform advanced repairs, rebuilds, inspections, and preventive maintenance with safety and quality in mind.
• Maintain accurate service records, tools, parts, and a safe work environment.
• Share expertise and provide training to fellow technicians.

• High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and certification on 75% of the designated product line.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to teamwork and safety. Technical certifications and welding experience are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, provide your own tools, work at customer sites or in a shop, and participate in on-call rotations.
