Job summary

Fraza & Vitan Equipment is seeking a skilled Forklift Technician to troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty material handling equipment. This field-based role requires diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems at customer sites, with a take-home service truck and a clear path to career growth.

You'll work a first shift with no weekends in a fast-paced environment, earning $21–$36 per hour based on experience and receiving a $3,000 sign-on bonus along with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment (electric, propane, and diesel).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the company truck.
• Strong diagnostic instincts and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Travel to various customer sites daily to service different machines.
• Ensure equipment safety and compliance with standards.
• Log service work accurately and communicate with dispatch.
