Job summary

Fraza & Vitan Equipment is seeking a skilled Forklift Technician to troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty equipment in the field. This role offers a pay range of $21 to $36 per hour, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a company vehicle provided.

You will work second-to-none shifts with flexible scheduling and a full benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and retirement. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on forklift or heavy equipment repair experience, strong diagnostic

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment (electric, propane, and diesel).
• Strong diagnostic instincts and a safety-first mindset on the job.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the company truck.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize customer downtime.
• Hit the road to various customer sites; every day brings a different machine and a new challenge.
• Ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and up to standard.
• Log your service work accurately and communicate clearly with the branch dispatch team.
