You will operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload HVAC products from trailers, organize pallets, and inspect items for damage or shortages. Mandatory overtime (2-3 hours/day as needed). Fast-paced, team-focused environment.

salary: $18.5 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Heavy-duty warehouse associates capable of unloading shipping containers.
• Work will involve both manual down-stacking and forklift operation.
• Must be able to safely lift to 50 lbs individually and 100 lbs with a team lift.
• Estimated workload is approximately 50% manual labor and 50% forklift operation, though this may vary based on daily business needs.
• Container contents and unloading priorities will vary, so associates must be flexible and capable of adapting to changing workloads.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Sit Down Forklifts (1 year of experience is required)
• Reach Truck Operation (1 year of experience is required)
