Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a reliable loader/unloader for our Fontana, CA warehouse. You will perform high-volume loading and unloading, operate pallet jacks, and help maintain organized dock traffic while ensuring accurate handling of shipments.

You will join a safety-conscious team, wearing proper attire and PPE as required, and collaborate with multiple crews across shifts to support daily operations.

Qualifications

Looking for flexible work as a loader/unloader ? As a warehouse loader/unloader, you'll play a crucial part in the supply chain by helping our clients with their daily operational needs. We're looking for dependable professionals who are ready to jump into action and make a difference on every shift they take.

Your responsibilities:

• Execute the high-volume loading and unloading of diverse boxes, containers or packaged goods from trucks and shipping containers with speed and precision.
• Utilize manual handling tools and power jacks (pallet jack operator) to organize, stage, and move goods, ensuring optimal dock traffic flow.
• Verify shipment integrity, note discrepancies, and ensure all stacked goods meet strict compliance standards for safe transport and storage.
• Maintain a proactive approach to warehouse safety protocols and lifting techniques.
• Quickly integrate into different teams and adapt to various operational systems and inventory management methods.
