Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Forklift Shop Technician to repair and maintain forklift equipment in our shop.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, perform repairs, document work orders, keep the shop clean and safe, and support loading/unloading when needed.

This is a full-time, onsite role with regular Monday–Friday hours and a compensation range of $23–$25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of mechanical or technical experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics is a plus.
• Organized, dependable, and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Performing repairs on forklifts and rental equipment.
• Completing work orders and documenting repairs.
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Assisting with loading/unloading equipment as needed.
• Supporting general shop and building maintenance.
