Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair lift trucks, travel to customer sites, and perform preventive maintenance in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will work with a small, supportive team to handle service calls and ensure safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant mechanical or technical experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on lift trucks.
• Travel to customer sites within your assigned territory.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance.
• Accurately document all service work performed.
• Test equipment to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and fellow technicians to solve complex issues.
• Communicate with dispatch, parts, and sales teams to meet customer needs.
• Plan and manage daily service calls efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized service van and manage tools and parts inventory.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times.
• Safely operate a company-provided service vehicle.
