This role offers training and a path to a career in forklift repair; candidates should have basic mechanical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Prior automotive or industrial maintenance experience is helpful. You will document repairs and complete service reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems

• Service brakes, steering systems, transmissions, and drivetrains
• Repair hydraulic hoses, cylinders, pumps, and valves
• Test batteries, starters, alternators, wiring, and charging systems
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify electronic faults
• Assist with mast, lift-chain, tire, and attachment repairs
• Complete service reports and document repairs performed
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Travel to customer locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
