Job summary

Paris Corporation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dependable Material Handler to join our Distribution team. This role supports warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping inventory with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include operating sit-down forklifts, processing receipts in the WMS, coordinating inbound deliveries, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Prior sit-down forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, and ship products safely and efficiently.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Receive inbound shipments and accurately enter receipts into the warehouse management system.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries for cartons, pallets, and other warehouse materials.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Load outbound trucks while ensuring shipments are accurate, secure, and damage-free.
• Process and release customer orders within the WMS following carrier pickup.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Interact professionally with truck drivers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA requirements, and SOPs.
• Assist with other warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Material Handler to join our Distribution team in Fort Worth, TX. This position plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping inventory while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

This is a full-time, safety-sensitive position requiring the safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.

· Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office.

· Familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

· Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.
