Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our warehouse distribution team at DFW Airport, TX. If you have experience operating standup or sitdown forklifts, this role offers a dynamic environment and hands-on distribution tasks.

As a Distribution Associate II, you will assist with shipment and receipt, verify goods, pack for shipment, and record transactions. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, steel-toe boots, and successful background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts (standup and/or sitdown) is mandatory.
• Must wear steel toe boots.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products under general supervision.
• Receive goods, verify items against shipment records, and inspect their condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.
