Job summary

Vistar in Sparks, NV is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support our warehouse operations. You will operate equipment such as a forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck to move freight from receiving areas into storage and replenish pick slots, while following GMP and safety standards.

Starting rate is $20.50 per hour with Day 1 health and wellness benefits, 401(k) matching, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience operating stand up reach truck forklift and dock stocker.
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime required.
• Able to lift 10-90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate an Order Picker.
• Locate and place pallets on storage racks with forklift or by hand.
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Perform safety checks and maintain GMP compliance.
• Complete paperwork and keep work area clean and organized.
