Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment in Sparks, NV is hiring for a 1st shift full-time role. The position runs Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a pay rate of $18.25 per hour.

You will process customer orders by picking products, perform putaway, and ensure productivity and accuracy standards. Requirements include ability to read, write and understand English, basic math, and comfort with scanners and computer devices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and understand English.
• Must have basic math comprehension.
• Must be able to use technology (scanners, computers).
• Must be able to operate equipment safely for retail pick.

Responsibilities

• Retail – Process customer orders by picking products and delivering to the Retail store.
• Process retail Putaway using proper procedures.
• Meet or exceed department productivity and accuracy standards.
• Use system resources and equipment to process workload.
• Identify and communicate issues affecting customer service, safety, teamwork, or profitability.
• Operate vehicles per safety policy.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
• Learn and gain experience in: Machine Operation, Quality & Inventory Control, Packaging, Picking/Shipping, Forklift Operation.
