Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Sparks, NV, by recruiting a Forklift Operator to handle warehouse duties and material handling.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a positive team mindset. Training and certification opportunities are provided on site, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts, order pickers, or similar equipment in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude; ability to work in a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75+ lbs occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products and materials.
• Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory and process orders accurately.
• Load and unload trailers following safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform inbound receiving and support supply chain quality and efficiency.
