Randstad USA in Chambersburg, PA is hiring Cherry Picker Operators for temp-to-hire night shifts (Back Half Nights: Wed 6pm-12am and Thur-Sat 6pm-6am).

Operate stand-up reach trucks, PF, RF scanners, and other MHE to keep inventory moving safely and efficiently. You will stage outbound freight, load/unload trailers, and participate in safety and 5S protocols. This role offers a clear path to full-time employment with leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift or MHE experience preferred; on-site certification training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Bilingual training available (English/Spanish/Creole).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely (stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and PIT).
• Move carts, stage outbound freight, and load/unload trailers (~10 cartons/min).
• Scan products to verify inventory accuracy.

Cherry Picker Operators for Temp to Hire Positions in Chambersburg, PA!!

This is for our Back Half Nights Positions (Wed 6pm-12am & Thur-Sat 6pm-6am)

Operators keep inventory moving safely and efficiently across inbound and outbound operations. This temp-to-hire position offers a clear path to full-time employment and future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Equipment: Safely drive stand-up reach trucks, cherry pickers, and powered industrial vehicles.
• Move & Load Inventory: Move carts to designated aisles, stage outbound freight, and load/unload trailers (maintaining ~10 cartons/minute).
• Scan & Verify: Scan product to maintain inventory accuracy and assist with case sorting.
• Maintain Safety: Perform pre-shift equipment checks, follow safety and 5S standards, and report hazards.
• Cross-Train: Support multiple facility departments as volume demands.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift or MHE experience preferred (on-site certification training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (average case weight: 20-30 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attendance, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
