Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Chambersburg, PA is hiring experienced Equipment Operators for Cherry Picker and Reach Truck roles in a fast-paced distribution center supporting the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Shifts offer hourly pay with overtime opportunities. You will operate equipment, use RF scanners, replenish bins, load/unload, and ensure safety and accuracy throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck (certification preferred).
• Able to stand, lift, bend and move during 8–10 hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate order picker forklift and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, sort, and move orders accurately.
• Replenish bins and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load/unload trailers and maintain clean, organized storage areas.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.

We’re hiring Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, high-performing distribution center supporting the beauty and cosmetics industry. Location:

Chambersburg, PA

Pay Rates by Shift:

• Shift 1: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm - $20/hr
• Shift 2: Sunday – Thursday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM — $22.00/hr
• Shift 3: Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm-5:30am - $22.00/hr
• Weekend Day: Fri, Sat, Sun 6:30am-6:30pm - $21.50/hr
• Weekend Night: Fri, Sat, Sun 6:30pm-6:30am - $22.50/hr

** Overtime opportunities available!

**Please note: When business needs increase, mandatory overtime will be required, with associates scheduled up to 6 days per week.

What You’ll Do:
